• Change Password

Here are step by step password reset instructions:

1. Go to Centraali and select Vaihda salasana | Change Password.

2.Scroll down on the website and select Options for foreign people.

3.Read and accept the IT Terms of Use and select Continue.

4.Select Forgotten password.

5.Select Identify by EMAIL.

6.Enter your Centria email address in the Account field. (firstname.lastname@centria.fi) 7.Add your personal email address in the Email address field. (Email must match the one you gave when you applied. If you don’t have access to that email, contact admission office and have it changed.) 8.Select Send code. This will send a confirmation code to your personal email which you will have to use on the Password Portal page. Enter the code and the site should prompt you to set a new password to your account.

When setting a new password it must meet these complexity requirements:

Password must have a minimum of 8 characters

•Uppercase letter (A-Z)

•Lowercase letter (a-z)

•Number (0-9)

•Special character (~!@#$%^&*()+=_-{}[]\ :;?/<>,.) •Do not use country specific letters (ÄÖÅÉ) •Do not use your own name (or part of your name)
